Transfer to visit Jerash, a tour through the colonnaded street, amphitheater, Churches, temples, and the vast Roman Forum. The best-preserved Roman City Gerasa, called Jerash today, is also known as the city of 1.000 pillars. The city’s golden age came under Roman rule and the site is now generally acknowledged to be one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in the world. Hidden for centuries in the sand before being excavated and restored over the past 70 years, Jerash reveals a fine example of the grand, formal provincial urbanism found throughout the Middle East.
Continue to Ajloun, proceed through pine forests and olive groves to visit the mighty Castle of Ajloun, the Castle is the major ancient monument within the Ajloun region. it was built by one of Saladin’s generals in 1184 AD to control the local iron mines of Ajloun and to counter the progress of the Crusaders by dominating the three main routes leading to the Jordan Valley and protecting the communication routes between Jordan and Syria.

Transfer to As-Salt and just outside of Amman going towards the North, this charming city boasts its history and features yellow sandstone architecture. In this experience, guests will experience countryside living by learning how to make seasonal jams and Jameed.
Umm Omar, a resident of As-Salt has been making homemade jams as well as other locally sourced goods since she was a little girl. Growing up, she used to work alongside her grandmother who would take fruits and vegetables in season to create different types of jams. The love of creating homemade jams and other locally sourced goods passed down to Umm Omar, a passion that would never leave her and eventually inspired to create a full-time business. Now, she is in her 10th year of business, creating different types of jams, over 32 different types with unique tastes and blends, such as watermelon, Karkade (hibiscus), and Raihan (oregano), some providing homage to the ground on which she lives on and others as ideas she took from the people she met on her journey along the way.
In this experience, guests will have the hands-on opportunity to create locally sourced jams with seasonal fruits from Umm Omar’s homestead or surrounding homesteads of As-Salt. While the jam is brewing, guests will be treated to a traditional breakfast featuring Umm Omar’s jams and the chance to try it with homemade butter. Afterward, guests will take home a souvenir of the homemade jam that they made and have the opportunity to shop for her homemade goods.
Making Jameed, dried yogurt made from ewe or goat’s milk is the staple ingredient used in Mansaf, the beloved national dish of Jordan. Using the traditional techniques to make Jameed, guests will have a hands-on opportunity to learn how to create Jameed, dry it, and have the opportunity to taste it before it gets placed in Mansaf and other Jordanian dishes.

Transfer to visit Madaba (City of Mosaics), where you will see the unique map of the Holy Land in St. George Church 6th C. AD.
Madaba and its hinterlands were repeatedly mentioned in the Old Testament as Madaba.
Then proceed to visit the Sanctuary at Mount Nebo (Memorial burial place of Prophet Moses). Mount Nebo is the place where Moses viewed the holy land of Canaan. Mount Nebo’s first church was built in the late fourth century to mark the site.
Whether you approach Karak from the ancient Kings’ Highway to the east or from the Dead Sea to the west, the striking silhouette of this fortified town and castle will instantly make you understand why the fates of kings and nations were decided here.
An ancient Crusader stronghold, Karak sits 900 m (2,952 ft.) above sea level and lies inside the walls of the old city. Kerak’s best–reserved halls and passageways are located underground and can only be reached through a massive door. The city of Kerak was the ancient capital of Moab. During the Roman times, it was known as Characomba.
Late afternoon arrive at Dana Natural Reserve.
Start to explore Dana Nature Reserve with a local English-speaking guide. Dana offers a vast diversity of landscapes; there are wooded highlands, rocky slopes, dunes, and stony deserts. Hiking for 2- 3 hours, accompanied by a tour guide.
Continue to visit Shobak castle, Once called “Le Krak de Montreal”, Shobak refers to the castle as well as to its surrounding group of ten villages.
The castle is located less than an hour’s drive north of Petra and was inhabited till the 1950s. It is perched on the side of a mountain, with a grand sweep of fruit trees below. Built during the crusader times, 894 years ago, Shobak castle appears as a natural extension of a dramatic hill. Proceed to visit Petra (the site of Siq el Bared).

Visit the unique “Red-Rose” city of Petra, built by the Arab Nabateans who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples, and treasury from the desert rock’s sandstone in its’ natural hues of rose and gold. Explore the spectacular treasures of Petra (The Nabatean city, you will begin your trip on horseback for 700m (2,296 ft.) till the entrance of the impressive narrow gorge (Siqu), leads marvelously to the magical moment, where you get a glimpse of the Treasury, proceeding to the street of facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, Temples, Churches, Museums, Monastery or High Place of Sacrifice.
Transfer to Wadi Rum – valley of Moon, meet our Bedouin staff in Wadi Rum (composed of a desert guide, a cook responsible for meal preparation and installation of a temporary camp for each night, according to the planned route), start immediately a hike tour for 2 hours, a picnic near Burda. Then 3 hours walk in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight in a temporary camp at Um Frouth.
Breakfast, with your guide, take in the staggering scenery of Wadi Rum, one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Middle East. The otherworldly, Martian appearance of the terrain has inspired countless filmmakers to use Wadi Rum as a location, such as Ridley Scott for his blockbuster, ‘The Martian’. Besides the rust-colored dunes, dramatic rock formations, cliffs, and narrow Siqs (canyons), Wadi Rum is covered in 25,000 rock carvings and 20,000 inscriptions from centuries of trade caravans passing through this desolate region. Aramaic characters, prehistoric camel carvings, Nabataean inscriptions, and even a sculpture of TE Lawrence’s bust fleck the scattered rocks and cliffs of this expanse.
Transfer to the lowest spot on earth 398m (1306 FT.) below sea level – the Dead Sea time for leisure and swimming. Enjoying the bizarre, delightful experience of floating” on the surface of buoyant waters, nine times saltier than the regular seawater. The therapeutic water of the Dead Sea, combined with the valley’s fertile land and warm climate, attracted people to live, hunt, and farm in the area since the Stone Age.
Transfer to Um Qais, the site of the famous “miracle of the Gadareane swine”. Over the years, Gadara has never lost its reputation as a cultural center. It was the home of several classical poets and philosophers, including Theodorus, founder of a rhetorical school in Rome. The remains hang onto a splendid hilltop overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Sea of Galilee, which is now known as Umm Qais. On your visit, admire the impressive colonnaded street, vaulted terrace, and the ruins of two theatres.

Alaa, a resident of Umm Qais wanted people to explore the archeological sites, nature, and breathtaking views of his homestead through his personal passion, cycling. The idea to provide guided cycling tours began five years ago after Alaa picked up a bike of his own and started exploring his homestead daily. Seeing how much more insight, adventure, and exploration he gained through a bike, Alaa extended his passion into a business venture. With this interactive experience, guests will gain an in-depth understanding of Umm Qais’ history and its nature through a fun and interactive experience.
Guests will be provided a guided cycling tour of 12 kilometers with stops along the way to learn about the history of Umm Qais, interact with its nature, and see the breathtaking views. Strap on your helmet and get ready to see Umm Qais in a fun and unforgettable way.
